CSA- Customer Service Associate $16-$19/HR

The Car Wash Center Glastonbury is looking for a CSA for our upscale car wash facility located at 2756 Main Street, Glastonbury CT. We're a locally owned and operated company looking to hire, as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will be a team player who loves to work outside.

Responsibilities:

-Educate and present membership opportunities to new guests
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all customers

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in retail sales or Customer Service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
