- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the shift
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and perform cash register reconciliation
- Assist with food preparation and ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Compensation
- $18.50 to $21.50 (hourly wage + tips)
