Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff and bakers.
- Train new employees.
- Create employee schedules and ensure proper staffing levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant or customer service management.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food service management.
