In this vital role, you will be responsible for spearheading the recruitment process, interviewing, hiring on top talent, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Your expertise will also extend to various HR administrative tasks, including managing employee records, processing payroll, and implementing HR policies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong background in identifying and hiring on great talent. Essential Role Functions

RECRUIT | INTERVIEW | HIRE | HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEM| DOCUMENTION & SOPS | POLICY IMPLEMENTATION | COMPLIANCE | EMPLOYEE RETENTION

• RECRUITMENT: Commits to finding the best talent without sacrificing values & standards.
• INTERVIEW: Carefully screens and identifies the best person for each role being hired for.
• HIRE: Complete the onboarding process of a new hire and prepare them for their first day
• HRIS: Setup, manage, and ensure the HRIS is in line with our companies standards
• DOCUMENTATION & SOPS: Writes, documents, and manages all HR documents for the company
• POLICY IMPLEMENTATION: Leads the initiation of key company policies to protect the company
• COMPLIANCE: Ensures the company is compliant with key HR guidelines and rules per state
• EMPLOYEE RETENTION: Dedicates resources and time to building up the company culture and employee retention
