Crop Client Account Representative

Because of these and other innovations within our business we are eagerly seeking an individual to fill the role of Crop Client Account Representative at our West Point, Nebraska office. The ideal candidate for this position will find fulfillment and success in producing exemplary service for our current Crop Clients. The Account Representative will manage requests and inquiries for established accounts with the utmost integrity and confidentiality. This position will be the main point of contact for our customers, so clear communication and acute attention to detail are nonnegotiable skills for success in this role.

Responsibilities in this Role

The Crop Client Account Representative will manage all customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to learn, understand, and recommend our wide variety of products as well as provide our customers with up to date, detailed information about their current policies. This role also manages, reports, tracks and resolves all customer issues and concerns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
