We are looking for a CRNA to join our staff at Palestine Regional Medical Center. This is an East Texas community hospital with a team-oriented non-medically-directed practice. The group will consist of 4 CRNAs and 1 MD. MD is present during the day as part of the anesthesia team to cover one of the 4 sites of service daily. Night call is CRNA only but not required to be in-house.
Typical Cases are Orthopedic, GYN, ENT, OB, GI, Cath Lab, Pain management, and General surgery. They do have occasional pediatric ENT procedures. No CV, Major Vascular, or Neuro cases at this facility. CRNAs need to be proficient in epidurals, and spinals. Peripheral nerve block proficiency is preferred but not required. Would be willing to train candidates that don't feel comfortable with any of the required skills.
CRNA compensation is $342,000/year 1099 with 11 weeks of vacation. Malpractice insurance is covered by Essential Anesthesia Management. We offer access to group benefits through a partnership.
