SalaryVanguard's Financial Advisor Services Technology (FAST) group is looking for a highly motivated Product Owner. This role will be responsible for helping to achieve the CRM's product strategy. The Product Owner will directly own capabilities/ features of the product's roadmap for FAS' CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics and will partner with our users and business partners to inform design, build and roll-out approach.
Bringing prior experience and a comprehensive understanding of CRM products and / or the role they play in a B2B sales organization will be a strength.
This role:
Provides product management services for FAS' CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics, applying functional expertise to improve product results.
Collaborates with small cross-functional teams to demonstrate best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.
Coaches product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.
Leads the planning, development and implementation of new product capabilities and/ or enhancements. Defines and analyzes markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
What it takes:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum of three years related work experience.
- Prior Product Ownership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems preferred.
