Job Details

MGO is looking for a professional and organized CRM Microsoft Dynamics Administrator to join the team! The administrator oversees the existing Microsoft Dynamics based PP365 CRM application and related e-marketing software deployments which may include Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and other lead-generation software. This role will work closely with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes, including Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Compliance and other related processes. This is an important role that is part CRM administrator, part technical project manager, and part business analyst. This person is responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM and related application platforms. Experience with an accounting or professional services firm highly preferred.

 

Summary:

The Administrator optimizes the firm’s use of PP365 CRM to manage the firm’s business development activities by training users and ensure that data related to engagement pipeline is entered accurately into the system.  The CRM administrator should also become an expert in e-marketing software which interacts with PP365 CRM and support institutional email marketing campaigns to drive quality leads and pipeline for our sales organization and build customer loyalty through optimized campaigns and nurtured programs. The role is also responsible for testing and analyzing business processes and compliance workflow, lead generation, lead nurturing and lead scoring to drive our business forward.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Be a CRM architect that continuously assesses and optimize the efficacy of the data structure and informational fields of PP365.
  • Work with the management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Collaborate with vendors, sales/marketing, and engineering/product teams in building out Microsoft Dynamics platform and marketing requirements and features.
  • Identify PP365 CRM and related e-Marketing software problems, develop fixes, ensure complete quality assurance testing, and implement solutions for operational efficiency.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including its features, functionality, and integration capabilities.
  • Develop knowledge of business processes and sales activities in an accounting firm in order to optimize the firm’s usage of CRM and related e-Marketing programs.
  • Identify new features, training and tactics to improve CRM data quality and e-Marketing results.
  • Handle all essential administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Maintain proper documentation of training, processes, policies, and configurations made to the system preparation for releases and upgrades.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Rigorously monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integrations through sanity checks and leveraging automations. Provide timely feedback to users of CRM to correct data quality problems.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams, review code and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Test and analyze workflow, lead generation, lead nurturing and lead scoring.
  • Implement all upgrades, data feeds and additional module integrations with consideration to the timing of other firm initiatives.
  • Create, document, and implement training for users on processes, policies, best practices, system functionality and application configuration.
  • Manage user access and permissions through user setup, understand license administration and usage levels across the organization, and monitor/report on system usage.
  • Work and organize a queue of incoming PP365 and related e-Marketing enhancements and bug fix requests.
  • Provide daily technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving problems.

  • Overtime required throughout the year
  • Heavy sitting for extended periods in front of a computer
  • Travel, including overnight, may be required approximately 5% of time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in business/economics, computer science, information technology or a related field
  • Must be a self-starter and can independently plan and lead the implementation of a project from beginning to end.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to help with meeting project deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills a must – ability to put together informative presentations/guides to train users is essential
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business issues, design solutions and implement new processes and workflows.
  • Ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into essential issues and addressable tasks.
  • Ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity, or demonstrate experience/ability to learn these skills within a reasonable time frame.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator
  • Experience with an accounting or professional services firm
  • Experience with CRM development technologies, such as C#, JavaScript, FetchXML, and REST API a plus
  • Technical ability with other Microsoft-based software such as PowerBI, Automate a plus. Experience with Flows, Process Builder, custom objects and eMarketing software is also helpful

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000
