Grow your career as a CRM Jr. Analyst, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you’ll work in coordination with a team of in-destination revenue staff, to provide world-class revenue analysis and recommendations. This position seeks an experienced individual that can innovate and be a thought leader in analysis.
The position will ensure resort pricing is always in line with current market and competitive conditions.
- You will be responsible for the management of basic Salesforce administration tasks and will provide day-to-day support to our internal users via a ticketing process
- You will also be responsible for the user and license management
- You will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Initiatives and will work closely with the Strategic Team as well as collaborate with stakeholders from various departments
- Manage the basic day-to-day administration of platforms (Salesforce, InContact, Calabrio, DocuSign, Zendesk and others SaaS tools as needed)
- Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, public groups, share settings and other administrative responsibilities
- Salesforce configuration changes such as validation rules, page layouts, fields, processes, and workflows that drive internal efficiencies
- Responsible for the daily maintenance of data integrity, identification and resolution of inconsistent and/or incomplete data
- Monitor and activate Salesforce Release Updates, ensuring ongoing organization performance, security, and usability
- Quickly resolve issues that arise with business users
- Construct and analyze simple and complex reports as requested
- Maintain dashboards and update as needed
- Provide general training to the internal/external teams
- Proactively collaborate with the Salesforce Manager to identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
A successful CRM Jr. Analyst will have:
- 1+ years’ experience as a CRM user
- Previous knowledge of Travel Industry including how Sales, Groups and Marketing operate
- Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards etc.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Continuous Improvement mindset with superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed
- Relevant Salesforce.com certifications a plus
- Prior experience in data management
- Good technical skills, but not necessarily programming experience
- Ability to interface with stakeholders to further define requirements and implement solutions
- Impeccable communication in all forms
