About the Commercial Excellence team: Commercial Excellence is a dynamic global commercial organization that sits within the Customer and Technology group at the intersection of CX, market, competitor and customer intelligence.
What you will do:
The successful candidate will have technical expertise with the Salesforce.com platform. They will be responsible for supporting in the development and delivery of the strategic framework and standards of the CRM, and other internally facing tools, to drive the advancement of the commercial organization globally for all channels (OE and Aftermarket).
Lead the training and development of regional administrators and commercial excellence team members building regional capabilities to support regional ownership and execution. Lead the communication and alignment of profile, process, and system updates with regional team members. Collaborate with Commercial Excellence and Sales & Marketing team members to successfully execute on project requests, ensure best practices, and capture feedback for platform and process enhancements.
How you will do it:
  • Be the first point of contact for advanced CRM system support for the regional coordinators, sales, and commercial excellence team members.
  • Support in the development and prioritization of the CRM roadmap and monthly releases
  • Collaborate with both internal and external partners to support the pilot, launch, maintenance and when appropriate function as the Administrator of new applications that integrate with the CRM platform.
  • Validate new development and new enhancements through UAT testing.
  • Lead global calls and communication to support monthly release process.
  • Maintain a regional coordinator training program that supports both onboarding and progressive learning, including both live trainings as well as the development of materials to support their user training and new process deployment.
  • Assist with building in-depth customer profiles, sales projections and other data analysis work as needed.
  • Create daily/weekly/monthly reports for sales and marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Support system maintenance and database quality including mass data loading, change request, and enhancements under direction from IT.
  • Support the development and monitoring of the data security within CRM through profile and role management.
  • Support regional maintenance of Customer Master Data within MDG system.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors (BA/BS) Degree in Marketing, Business or Information Technology is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a CRM role working directly with CRM applications is required, preferably with Salesforce.com.
  • Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin certification a plus
  • Experience in managing and implementing CRM best practices.
  • Ability to work in and lead project teams in a globally diverse matrix organization.
  • Strong process skills and structured analytical problem-solving capabilities as well as ability to think creatively to solve problem.
  • Highly proficient in data analysis, with expertise developing queries and manipulating large amounts of data.
  • Highly detail oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to liaise with internal team members credibly and effectively and manage technology vendors.
