Position Summary
As a CRM Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with various stakeholders, such as Product, Operations, Billing, Collections, and Sales. The primary focus will be on CRM management, with additional responsibilities encompassing Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and related systems. This position will report to the Head of Product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their CRM and related system needs
- Implement, configure, and optimize CRM solutions to enhance business processes and user experiences
- Work closely with Product teams to integrate CRM requirements into overall product development and enhancement plans
- Provide expertise in Zoho applications, including Projects, Analytics, Desk, and others, ensuring seamless integration with CRM functionalities
- Assist in the design and implementation of workflow processes within CRM systems
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to maximize system utilization
- Stay updated on CRM industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and best practices
- Collaborate with the Technology team and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues
- Provide Support to the users of the ZOHO suite
Experience and Skills
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist with expertise in Zoho CRM (experience in ZOHO platform is a plus, not exclusive)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
- Strong understanding of business processes related to CRM, projects, analytics, and customer support
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Desk is highly desirable
- Certifications in Zoho CRM or related fields are advantageous
