DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Owner & integrator of JLL's Data Center Operations standards to site level delivery teams.
  • Review and audit maintenance programs. Confirm adherence to the Preventative Maintenance program.
  • Assess, against platform standards, site delivery. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the facility is being maintained to the highest standards or the standards expected by the MSA. Immediately recognize and report deficiencies to management. Recommend improvements and modifications to increase system reliability.
  • Audit MOP/SOP work efforts directly related to the critical infrastructure - this includes review of documentation. Provide training where required.
  • Understand Critical Facilities incident reporting process and ensure team compliance
  • Provide technical direction and review for all consulting engineers, and/or MEP vendors, retained for by operations.
  • Responsible for maintaining on-going compliance via clients reporting methods and JLL's Data Center Operations audit assessment programs. Remain current on compliance requirements.
  • Support the development and maintenance of critical operations, procedure, and safety playbooks.
  • Support critical spares program for all data center campuses.
  • Deploy technical and critical environment site training plans and programs.
  • Review archives of drawings, schematics, building files, etc., ensuring that all changes related to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are incorporated and available to site teams.
  • Develop reporting / tracking methods necessary for keeping the senior leadership management informed of all events, work efforts and/or tasks associated with the Sr. Critical Program Manager position.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Facility / Data Center Operations / Client in the evaluation of MEP technical issues and provide recommendations to resolve identified problems. Manage, track, and maintain reporting techniques necessary for updating all those involved.
  • Respond to support of operational, incidents and emergencies 7x24. Provide program deployment of incident and escalation management policies.
ASSIST - IN
  • Identifying OpEx / CapEx operational opportunities for the purpose of forecasting, savings and budgeting purposes.
  • The research, design, implementation and verification of energy conservation initiatives / management programs.
  • Routinely Participate in the management of technology; MCIM, BTECH, Battery MGMT, etc. that supports the data center operations.
  • The monitoring, adherence to the JLL / Clients Life/Safety Compliance Programs.
  • The monitoring, adherence to, the JLL / Clients MSA quality / annual audit programs - including the EOPM, JCAP, EHS, etc. reporting.
  • Support with the selection, management, and coordination of vendors.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have in-depth knowledge and experience in a data center and critical facility, including UPS Systems, emergency generators, switch-gear and cooling plants.
  • Prior experience with development of mission critical programs operations and management
  • 10 years of critical environments programs and operations
  • Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills.
  • Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Expertise in training content creation and deployment while leveraging the latest advancements in technology
  • Experience organizing training activities in a corporate environment
  • High degree of communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to meet 10-30% travel requirements
  • Ability to articulate value proposition to the client
