WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
In this Crisis Helpline Advisor position, your responsibility is to answer incoming calls and offer crucial support and assessment to individuals in need. Your compassionate nature and adeptness at active listening will be pivotal in providing immediate assistance and connecting them with appropriate resources. This opportunity puts you on the frontlines of mental health advocacy, allowing you to make a significant impact on those who need it most.
This phone operator position works Thursday - Sunday from 2 pm - 12 am.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science (social work, counseling, or psychology)
- Customer service experience
- Comfortable working on-site and on the phone
