About the role: The Supervisor manages the customer experience and quality, timeliness, and safety of service delivery from start to finish. This is a management role in our San Diego location.

Core responsibilities:
● Job / Project Management
- Schedule appointments, determine appropriate crew, and dispatch crew to the job site, coordinating travel logistics for the team.
- Provide leadership and direction to the field Crime Scene Cleanup team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Work alongside technicians to clean up after situations like suicides, homicides, unattended deaths, or accidents and perform work solo when needed.
- Oversee job progress and ensure all required pictures, documentation, and paperwork are uploaded properly.
- Enforce company policies and procedures with all technicians and document all technician noncompliance.
- Coordinate with Director, Accounting and customer to determine recommended scope of work, service level: presents recommended scope of work to customer & secure their approval.
- Maintains regular contact with technicians, oversee project progress, provide technical input, and trouble-shoot technician issues.
- Prepares job paperwork, receipts, and gathers all required signatures & payments.
- Arranges for 3rd party services such as dumpsters, asbestos testing, etc.
- Collects and reports referral information
- Other duties as needed.
● Fleet, Equipment, and Supply Management
- Conduct weekly vehicle audits correcting any deficiencies and ensuring registration stays up to date.
- Coordinate and schedule required maintenance as needed.
- Audit inventory, equipment, supplies, and sign out sheets weekly correcting any deficiencies.
Candidate requirements:
● Experience in biohazard, remediation, or restoration industries
● Experience as manager or coordinator of teams
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
● Must have open availability beyond 8-5 weekday workdays
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
● Strong communication skills
● Ability to be flexible and problem-solve in uncertain situations
● Able to coordinate, prioritize, organize, and manage time
● Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred Qualifications
● 2+ years of successful technical service or field support experience
