Purpose: Provide friendly, accurate and efficient service to customers in a safe and clean profit center that consistently provides superior “Daymaker” service and serves the longterm interests of the Company through established principles, proper procedures, sound business judgment and meeting or exceeding standards.
Uniform & Appearance: QSR Customer Service Representatives should adhere to the following personal appearance and uniform standards: QSR Brand Logo Shirt. Brown or Black Slip-Resistant Shoes or "non-slip" overshoe. Professional looking solid colored slacks (No Jeans). Brands may specify color. Color coordinated belt unless pants are specifically designed to be worn without a belt. Company Brand Name Tag. Hats (as applicable to brand or local health department requirements). The Employee Appearance and Uniform Guidelines policy provides more detailed guidelines that must be adhered to.
Primary Duties for all CSR Levels: Position responsibilities fall into five major areas: Job Knowledge, Safety & Sanitation, Personal Relations, Guest Experience and Operational Standards. Employees achieve success in the position by effectively accomplishing the following responsibilities: Knows and follows safety guidelines and is alert to and reports potentially unsafe situations caused by employees, guests and/or malfunctioning equipment. Wears and uses protective equipment properly. Continually monitors personal and other employees' behavior for unsafe practices and takes corrective action when necessary. Displays a Daymaker attitude. Practices safe food handling and storage. Ensures the work area and equipment is clean and sanitized at all times. Trains in own position. Cross trains in other positions. Willingly helps other employees when needed. Upholds company and brand standards. Notifies manager of positive and negative feedback from guests. Suggests and supports innovative ideas. Follows all security guidelines and procedures. Is alert to possible shoplifters, walkouts and drive-offs. Uses Retail Selling Skills and suggestive selling effectively.

Pay: $10.50 - $11.00 per hour
