As a Crew Member for Hullaway, LLC., you are the first point of contact for clients on the job. You will have the chance to educate clients about our exceptional services and the benefit of using us over the competition, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
Crew Members are responsible for collecting and removing items no longer wanted/needed from residential and commercial properties. Typical job duties are operating a waste collection vehicle, reporting data, customer service, following the designated route for the day, communicate with dispatchers, and reporting to supervisors, as needed.
- Removing, hauling, and disposing unwanted material from Single Family Residences, Businesses, Apartment Communities, etc.
- Loading and lifting consolidating debris into a dump truck, which is 4 feet off the ground

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Compensation
Starting pay rate is $16/hour. Tips, bonus, and commission can range from $1- $2 more per hour. Paid weekly on Friday. Paid holidays after 90 days
Responsibilities
· Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially our clients
· Look, act, and be a friendly representative of Hullaway– starting with the uniform (Hullaway shirt on, pants at the waist free of tears, holes, stains, etc.), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact)
· Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an estimate, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
· SAFELY operate at all times
· Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.)
· Make sure the truck has enough of what is needed for the day, including safety equipment and marketing material.
· Price jobs aggressively, meeting, and surpassing benchmarks
· Be able to make logistical decisions (when to dispose of, what to donate or recycle, how to best complete a job, how to package items and load a truck, how to market during downtime)
· Lead your team by relevant examples, showing them what the core values of the company are all about
· Help to train new hires about the day-to-day operations and core values.
· Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
· Check-in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance.

· Compensation: $16.00-$20.00 per hour - this includes hourly pay rate, tips, commission, and bonus!

Qualifications
MUST be eligible to work in the United States.
MUST have reliable transportation to work.
MUST have heavy lifting experience of 50-75 pounds unassisted.
MUST be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.
