Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system
- Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning up after customers
Skills:
- Experience working in the food industry preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
