Duties:
- Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register and POS system.
- Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets customer expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining area.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales.
Requirements:
- Previous experience using POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
