Credit Support Analyst - NA Credit Management Team - Decatur, IL
This is a full-time, exempt position.
Position Summary:
ADM has an opening for a full-time Credit Support Analyst in the Decatur, IL office. The successful candidate will be engaged in a variety of activities with a focus on assisting management with accounts receivable analysis and producing management reports and presentation, while supporting key credit & collection processes within the department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce and assist with analysis of A/R reports for presentations and briefs for commercial teams and leadership meetings.
- Produce and assist with analysis of customer finance (SCF) monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Administer customer on-boarding procedures, including Master Data Management set-up and parent mapping.
- Set-up and administer customer credit card and electronic payment processes and requests
- Process weekly aging, statements, ACH inquiries and other database reports and customer requests.
- Log and process banking notices of returned items and other payment processing, including 3rd party payment portals and return-of-funds.
- Manage standby-letter of credit document filing and retention process for risk mitigation and other documents.
- Support management with updates to any existing or new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for credit & collections processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Detail oriented and strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and function in a deadline oriented environment with strong attention to detail
- Must have strong business communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable with strong desire for learning and personal growth
- Ability to effectively communicate and cross-train.
