Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Credit Repair Specialist with a strong focus on commission-based sales to join our team. The Credit Repair Specialist will be responsible for guiding clients through the Credit Repair process while also actively engaging in sales activities to attract new clients and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of clients' credit reports to identify inaccuracies, errors, and areas for improvement.

• Develop tailored Credit Repair strategies and action plans to address negative items and improve clients' credit scores.

• Communicate effectively with clients to explain Credit Repair processes, answer questions, and provide ongoing support and guidance.

• Prepare and submit dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors on behalf of clients, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, dispute statuses, and progress notes in the company's database.

• Actively engage in sales activities to attract new clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and other sales strategies.

• Educate potential clients about the benefits of our Credit Repair services and assist them in enrolling in our programs.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Credit Repair Specialist or similar role, with a track record of success in improving clients' credit profiles.

• Strong understanding of credit reporting laws and regulations, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

• Excellent sales skills and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey complex information.

• Proficiency in using Credit Repair software and tools.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting client information.
