Job Description
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
- Maintain local credit policies and procedures regarding billing, collection, credit cards, inquiries, check cashing, etc.
- Inspect all in-house accounts to ensure adherence to the hotels’ credit policy; assist with the collection efforts of these accounts where necessary
- Prepare invoices for groups, catering and wedding events using Cloud Property Management functions and Excel
- Prepare commission and rebate invoices based on group contracts
- Daily support of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Liaise and work closely with Sales, Reservations, Conference Services, Banquets, Royal Service and Front Office Teams
- Assist with the reconciliation and payment of third party checks
- Ensure vendor files are set-up when required
- Assist in the month-end reporting
- Provide office administration duties as required
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
