Responsible for assisting the Corporate Lending Department in the processing, underwriting and closing of Commercial Real Estate, Commercial & Industrial and Construction Loans.
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
- Underwrite, process and close new and renewal loan transactions.
- Prepare credit approval memos on all requests for credit.
- Analyze and spread business and personal financial statements, tax returns and other documentations.
- Service assigned existing credit relationship, maintain credit files, monitor and collect updated financial documents.
- Performs other duties or assignments as instructed.
Qualifications:
- College degree in accounting, finance or business preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial lending and banking experience preferred.
- Strong financial analysis and accounting skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred.
