We recently raised $10 million in Series A funding to build & launch a brand new platform that will revolutionize the creator economy as we know it by empowering creators. The Kyra platform is a place where creators find new deals with the best brands in the world and get paid for pursuing their passions. We are seeking a talented and motivated Creator Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. If you have a passion for the creator economy, a deep understanding of creator culture, and a proven track record in building successful partnerships and relationships within the creator space, with both agencies and creators - this might be the role for you!
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Reporting to: Senior Creator Partnerships Manager


What you’ll be doing

The Creator Partnerships Manager will work within the Kyra Creator Department, working closely alongside our internal departments to lead the acquisition, casting and retention of talent across our partnerships. You will be responsible for:


Elevating Our Creative Campaigns

  • Play a pivotal role in identifying and partnering with talented creators to craft impactful media campaigns across social media platforms. Your goal is to not only bring these campaigns to life but ensure they are delivered flawlessly, on time, and within budget.
  • Negotiate with talent and their representatives to secure the best fits for our campaigns, ensuring they resonate with our brand values and help us achieve our strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with our Creative team to pinpoint and engage talent that elevates our campaigns, making strategic recommendations that align with our objectives on the Kyra platform.

Maximising Performance

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and use your insights to refine our creator strategies, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge.
  • Play a key role in analyzing partnership performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement. Your insights will directly influence future strategies and campaign adjustments.
  • Lead the process of contracting talent, from negotiation to final agreement, ensuring every partnership is structured for mutual success and aligned with our performance goals.

Building Relationships and Driving Growth:

  • Provide expert advice on best practices for effective creator collaborations, enhancing our team's ability to forge successful partnerships.
  • Manage a curated database of creators, fostering a growth-oriented network that supports both our needs and those of the creators.
  • Nurture ongoing relationships with creators, ensuring alignment and collaboration toward common objectives. Your efforts will be crucial in developing and implementing retention strategies that keep our partners engaged and committed.

Boosting Operational Performance for Impact:

  • Ensure all administrative tasks are handled with precision and efficiency, setting high standards and maintaining clear lines of communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain and deepen industry relationships, including those with agencies and creators, to support our strategic objectives.
  • Embrace departmental administrative responsibilities with a proactive attitude, demonstrating how organization underpins our collective success.


To thrive in this role we think you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in production, talent booking or similar roles in the media industry.
  • A good understanding of platforms for Gen Z (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc).
  • Previous experience in a creative environment such as an agency or creator platform agency.
