Creative Services Project Manager

A Project Manager in the Creative Studio is responsible to be the business partner for assigned client(s) and for driving projects forward by leading execution of marketing deliverables through strategic project planning, efficient project management, and proactive problem solving and communication. The Creative Services Project Manager ensures that all projects align with business objectives, are on-brand, and completed within defined budgets and deadlines. You will be the primary contact for our client team(s) and lead execution of an entire project or campaign across a variety of deliverables while ensuring cross-functional collaboration is optimized. As a business partner to your internal clients, you bring insight on creative effectiveness, always lead with solutions and are constantly working three steps ahead of the process making sure the entire team knows where the project stands. Highlights of your role

• Collaborative partnership with a creative team bringing together brand, channel, product, digital and visual merchandising to create a connected, inspiring brand experience.

• Multi-tasking and collaborating with partners across disciplines, you provide proactive, clear, actionable and timely project management directives (briefs, insights, timelines, schedules and budgets) to maximize the effort spent, the product output alongside clear expectations.

• Provide solutions to clients for how to best solve business challenges beyond simply executing the ask-at-hand; inspire clients with a “what-if” perspective.

• Clients look to you as the key resource to help them get it done. You are organized, can navigate systems and teams, are flexible in approach and consistently work as a team.

• Administrative support of workflow system inputs and budget management with regular share outs to team on status and next steps.

You're a good fit if you have

• Passion for brand strategy, creative development, cultural trends and brand experiences.
• Deep understanding of translating business objectives and audience insight(s) and data into creative strategy(s) and recommendations.
• Strong bias for action: collaborate cross-functionally, willingness to troubleshoot and resilience to push for success.
• This role benefits from an excellent taste level and familiarity with graphic design, typography, systems thinking and photo/art direction.
• Strong written and verbal communication with confidence to present ideas and recommendations to various audiences.
• High level of comfort working in Adobe Pro, Microsoft Office Suite and project management workflow systems.
• Min. 5 years of experience in the Project Management discipline within a creative agency or brand environment.
