Job Title: Global Brand Marketing, Creative Operations Demand Planning Analyst
Job Location: Beaverton, OR
Job Duration: 6 Months on W2
DESCRIPTION: Global Brand Marketing (GBM) provides compelling visuals through product photoshoots and Ecommerce photo that elevates the our client brand vision.
To accomplish this, we leverage the power of modern technologies, skill-sets and onsite services.
As part of our evolution, the GBM Brand Marketing Product Management team is seeking a passionate, results-oriented Creative Operations Demand Planning Analyst to support the execution of premium, accurate and on-time product image creation from line planning through to brand, retail and e-commerce execution.
You'll work on an Brand Marketing Creative Operations team that provides real-time inbound and batch reporting to inform photo studio crew bookings.
You will assist in all Demand Planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow and developing forecast models.
You must be a self-starter, flexible thinker, proactive, and a good communicator who is comfortable with ambiguity.
You must love solving logical puzzles, be comfortable with big data sets, and have a proven ability to make connections between different work streams.
The ideal candidate will be customer obsessed and have broad experience working on global, cross-functional and Imaging programs.
They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated leadership in delivering business results while working in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.

You will work directly with our Photography Studios, Global Merchandising, our client Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC), Converse, and Global Brand Teams to better impact seasonal readiness and timely product launches.
The Global Creative Operations Demand Planning Analyst will also assist other GBI team members with special projects and intake of seasonal adds and drops.
You will also work closely with the GBI Logistic Team to plan and implement incoming and outgoing product processes.
You will also support the Brand Marketing Product Management teams with process improvement and reporting opportunities.
You should be obsessed with contributing to the development of a high-performance culture through rigorous goal setting, disciplined attention to performance metrics, and continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will be analytical, highly detail-oriented, exceptionally well organized, collaborative, have a positive attitude, take initiative, be a problem-solver and have excellent communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop effective forecast models based on historical shipping patterns, established studio KPI's and seasonal image delivery deadlines
  • Manage end to end product image creation Demand Planning process
    • Preseason forecasting, line plan management, production workflow, product delivery and post-season recapping
  • Partner cross functionally with studio teams to oversee special projects
  • Coordinate photo production process through cross collaboration with Inbound/Outbound, Photography and Post Production teams
  • Maintain and enhance weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly productivity reports to key stakeholders
  • Use IT systems to evaluate performance, coordinate and plan production for product photography
  • Track product throughout all stages of the photo production process using inventory and asset management systems
  • Extract, compile, and deliver data for reporting purposes
  • Manage data from multiple data sources for planning tools, and reporting needs
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reducing training time, improve comprehension, and ensure compliance
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and solve any issues that arise throughout the production process
  • Drive process improvements develop metrics and best practices to measure success
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy and reporting solutions
  • Develop strong working relationships with management and cross functional teams
  • Process focused with an eye on continuous improvement opportunities with Photo Studio and Brand Marketing Product Management
  • Leverage Excel, Tableau, our client internal and other softwares to make informed business decisions
  • Participate and drive for a culture of continuous improvement
  • Work with and within several photo and brand production workflows
  • Train peers as needed on systems and processes to assist with seasonal production
  • Successfully manage multiple priorities against business goals
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain or related field
  • 1-3+ years working experience in Demand planning and analytics for high-volume e-commerce or retail environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills required with macros and formula experience
  • Intermediate skillset with Tableau Prep Builder and Desktop
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
  • Previous experience with project management in a production capacity a plus
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group or people
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated, results oriented and well organized
  • Strong our client product knowledge a plus
  • Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills: must display patience, humor and helpfulness at all times
  • Must be curious, fun and calm under pressure
  • Ability to anticipate, identify and elevate risks and issues and to head them off proactively
  • Able to successfully manage multiple priorities against business goals
