Creative Marketing Associate

We operate numerous B2B and B2C businesses in wireless telecom, law enforcement, and digital media, and support a variety of products and services. Our ideal candidate will have experience in and a passion to create in order to help us further promote brands and build new businesses. Encartele will rely on this person’s ability to collaborate with a team, problem solve, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities

• Leverage creative skills to design, create, and deliver engaging content in accordance with deadlines.
• Create, edit, and support digital signage media designs for Encartele clients
• Content moderation and engagement responsibilities with Encartele’s audience through social media platforms.
• Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns through brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation, aligning with overall company goals
• Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including media releases, awards, and company announcements.
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals

Required skills and qualifications

• Computer fluency in Mac and PC
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite – Specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Hands-on experience in developing marketing campaigns and promotions
• Aptitude for creativity and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Experience in website design using WordPress or similar
• Experience with technical copy writing, RFP responses, and proposal creation
• Strong understanding of / active user of social media channels
• Experience in sales role in any industry

Compensation

• Starting at $20 per hour. Negotiable.
