Creative Designer Job Description:
Heirloom Hospitality, one of Detroit's preeminent restaurant & hospitality companies, is seeking an experienced Creative Designer to join our team! This position will assist the Marketing Team in supporting each of Heirloom Hospitality's unique brands dedicated to pursuing Enlighted Hospitality.

Heirloom Hospitality is composed of a team of dedicated food and beverage enthusiasts who consistently put our guests and each other first. The Creative Designer position will be essential to this team, creating captivating marketing materials for internal and external use.
Overview: As a Creative Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brands through innovative and visually stunning designs. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring our ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and Design:
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually appealing designs.
- Create compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with our brand guidelines.
- Brand Development:
- Contribute to the evolution of our brands identity through design.
- Maintain consistency across all visual elements, ensuring brand integrity.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing & operations teams to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design into overall project goals.
- User-Centric Design:
- Prioritize user experience in design decisions, ensuring designs are intuitive and user-friendly.
- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Multi-Platform Design:
- Create designs for various platforms, including digital and print media.
- Optimize designs for different screen sizes and resolutions.
- Stay Updated on Design Trends:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools.
- Integrate innovative design trends to keep our visual identity fresh and current.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with project directors to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role.
- Highly creative and passionate about design.
- Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Square Space, WordPress, Active Campaign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Adaptability - manages competing demands, changes approaches or methods to best fit the situation, and can deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
- Highly organized, results-driven, exceptional attention to detail, and great end-to-end execution ability.
- Self-starter with an excitement for learning, open to new experiences and challenges in a fast-paced business environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Basic copywriting skills.
- Video/Reels storytelling capabilities
Job Type: Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week
Salary: $55,000 + per year
