What you can expect


The Workday Recruiting and Talent Analyst, is the subject matter expert of Workday Talent, Recruiting, Performance, Career and Succession modules. This role owns security administration, business process design, career/talent setup, and end user experience. This position ensures accurate best practice business process/workflows and other system dependencies are in place within Workday to support related programs.


About the Team


This position is focused on supporting the People Services team, data analysis, and production support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Workday Talent and Recruiting

  • Plan and monitor progress of all external partners working within Workday on initiatives/projects

  • Serve as a resource in relation to Workday setup and maintenance including efforts as it relates to Workday implementation and training.

  • Workday system administration responsibilities.

  • Develop project plans and monitor progress of HRIS initiatives

  • Identify risks or opportunities and recommend changes to processes which improve the delivery of HR services to the organization.

  • Dedicated to truly understanding customer needs and exceeding their expectations. Builds collaborative relationships across business units to accomplish business objectives.

  • Demonstrates an ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner. Acts as a role model in demonstrating the customer service standards of the organization.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and utilize interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively perform multiple tasks and constantly changing priorities.


What we’re looking for

  • Have HR technology experience with a focus on Workday Talent and Recruiting modules

  • Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information.

  • Ability in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Workday.

  • Possess the ability to influence and manage change and deal effectively with change management initiatives.

  • Planning and Project Management skills.

  • Experience in understanding and translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business.

  • Record of successful business partnership and cross-functional collaboration; a strategic leader who takes initiative and ownership,

  • Ability to effectively conduct virtual presentations and training sessions.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$106,500.00

Maximum:

$197,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.


Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
