Job Summary
The TLL Operator position is responsible for supporting the oil and gas operations. The position is diverse and may vary on a daily basis but has a focus on oilfield service. The Crane Operator is someone willing to work with their team in challenging outdoor environments over long hours in a fast-paced workplace. The Crane Operator may operate various cranes sizes as needed on a daily basis. The Crane Operator will be expected to make sound decisions based on experience with minimal supervision. This position works a conventional work schedule, not rotational scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have oilfield experience to include working with pumping units. Preference given to people familiar with working in North Dakota or Alaskan oilfields. Additionally, a functional knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations is preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conducting proper pre-operation inspections
- Communicating instructions to other team members
- Reading and interpreting crane load charts
- Operating equipment requiring valid Class A CDL
- Completing daily invoices
- Using apps and software for navigation to locations (Google Maps, PetroPath etc)
- Assisting service crew as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience operating TLL cranes in oilfield environment required
- Experience building pumping units highly preferred
- NCCCO Certification
- Basic computer operation
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean MVR
