Crane Mechanic

Raulli and Sons is seeking an experienced Crane Mechanic to inspect, repair, and conduct preventative maintenance on cranes.

Main Function of the Position:

• Ensure cranes are fully compliant with DOT and OSHA regulations
• Inspect cranes
• Perform necessary repairs to crane after diagnosing defects
• Knowledge of hydraulic, suspensions, electrical, and LMI systems
• Read, interpret, and understand operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Maintain safety requirements and other regulations
• Ability to accomplish tasks without direct supervision

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Travel to various job sites to troubleshoot and repair cranes
• Assist with assembly and disassembly

Required Education / Certification/ License:

• Currently have and maintain satisfactory driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a heavy equipment mechanic
• CDL License / willingness to attend dedicated training (expense provided by the company)

Physical Requirements Necessary on a Regular Basis:

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs without the need for reasonable accommodations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
