Craft Coffee Shop Team Member

Full Bloom Coffee is a small, local Craft Coffee Shop located in historic downtown Garner. We are currently looking for experienced baristas/wait staff to join our diverse team. We offer an hourly rate along with tips and opportunities for advancement.

Job Requirements:

*Must have a flexible schedule and ability to work night and weekend shifts. *Previous barista or coffee related industry experience a plus.

Job Insight:

*Prepare Craft Coffee drinks. *Prepare and serve sandwiches, local baked goods, and NC craft beer. *Provide excellent customer service. *Help educate customers about our coffee and cold brew specialty drinks. *Provide top quality espresso shots & beverages according to company standards. *Communicate well with coworkers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays. Compensation depends on your experience.
