WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EMPLOYEE WHO CAN WORK WEEKENDS. SUB FOR WEEKDAYS, IF NEEDED.

Coffee Lodge, Inc. has been in business in Rolesville, NC for 14 years. We are a drive-thru only Coffee Shop with an outdoor seating area and walk-up window. We mostly serve people in the drive-thru lane, but on nice days, we will have people who use the walk-up window and enjoy our spacious patio seating.

We sell coffee, espresso based drinks such as lattes and mochas, tea and a variety of pastries, bagels and smoothies. We also serve ice cream and milkshakes.

Coffee Lodge baristas are the highlight of the business and a large part of the drive-thru experience!

Barista (wage listed is based on experience and is in additon to any tips earned)

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Coffee Shop
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Skills:

-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Cash handling: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
- Food service: Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper food handling procedures
- Coffee knowledge: Ability to make quality coffee beverages and learn recipes for specialty coffee drinks
- Basic math: Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations for cash transactions
- POS system: Experience using a point-of-sale (POS) system for order processing and payment

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
