Covering Telemedicine Clinician For Gender-Affirming Care Az/Id/Nv/Or

Gender-affirming hormone therapy via telemedicine for transgender and non-binary adults

Responsibilities:

• Covering clinician for gender-affirming telemedicine practice; clinician would cover for independent practice owner as needed in case of illness or travel
• Remote evaluation/management of gender-affirming hormone therapy for transgender and non-binary adults
• Responsibilities include telemedicine visits, phone calls, faxing, patient portal communication, and electronic medical record review and documentation

Experience:

• Proficiency in evaluation/management via telemedicine

Skills:

• Ability to effectively review and update electronic medical records (Tebra / Kareo EMR)

Requirements:

• Hold and maintain active licenses to practice telemedicine in ALL of the following states: AZ, ID, NV & OR
• Hold and maintain active DEA registration(s) permitting testosterone prescribing in ALL of the following states: AZ, ID, NV & OR

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 5 per week
