Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Covenants Administrator to join our dedicated team at a
prestigious condominium association. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing
covenants, ensuring compliance, and fostering positive relations within the community. If you possess

Your Responsibilities:
- Address and respond promptly to all emails, calls, and walk-ins related to covenants, including
violations, resale inspections, and alteration applications. - Ensure unit owner compliance with inspection and maintenance requirements, pursuing water
losses and issuing notices and violations as necessary. - Complete resale inspections as requested, maintaining accurate records and updating
WelcomeLink monthly. - Process alteration applications, submitting them to the Board of Directors for electronic voting or
presentation at upcoming meetings. - Review annual dog registration, process violations, and identify unregistered dogs based on camera
footage, access system entries, and resident complaints. Address dog waste violations. - Conduct weekly property inspections to check for violations related to vehicles, window coverings,
doors, balconies, etc. - Investigate and issue violations based on inspections and resident complaints in accordance with
due process procedures. - Prepare violation and hearing notices as necessary in accordance with due process procedures.
- Prepare the covenants committee package and attend scheduled committee meetings.
- Assist in answering phones and providing general customer service to residents.
- Step in to process general requests in the absence of the administrative assistant, such as
programming access devices, dispatching maintenance, providing move-packages, etc. and any
other duties as assigned.
Skills Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, and staff in a
calm, professional, and friendly manner. - Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum of two years' experience in property management, homeowner association, or a related
field. - Proficiency in office equipment and personal computers.
- Ability to thrive in a task-driven environment.
- Availability for overtime work if required.
- Fluency in spoken and written English for effective communication.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
