Position type: Seasonal, Part-time: Volunteer / Unpaid

Reports to: Courtesy Staff Supervisor

Whether it is in our parking lot, at the base lodge, in the lift line or elsewhere on the mountain, our courtesy staff provides the front-line face-to-face interaction with our guests. These staff and volunteers help make our guest?s experience that much better by providing necessary information and assistance when it?s needed most. When they are successful at their jobs, it sets the right tone for the rest of the day.

Summary: Primary responsibility is to provide outdoor customer service and lift pass checking.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ticket checking at all chairlifts
• Maze and lift line control
• Front of lodge greeting and assisting skiers with their equipment
• Conducting surveys
• Assist guest on and off shuttle bus
• Checking permits in the preferred parking lot
• Other duties as assigned
