Court Runner

Responsibilities

• Visit courts to obtain information as requested by the team
• Coordinate with courts staff to retrieve physical case/ court documents.
• Update the 1800Hiring.com system with the retrieved information
• Liaise with courts staff as required to obtain further any clarifications requested by the team.
• Any other duties as assigned by the operations team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ work experience in similar roles
• Have good attention to detail, and be highly organized.
• Able to work within set deadlines to obtain information.
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in using gmail, word and internet research
• Have reliable transportation to access designated court locations
• Have reliable smart phone with good camera
• Live close to Alameda Superior courthouse

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience:

• court research: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
