Court Researcher -LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY (Broward & Miami Dade ONLY)

Location: Miramar, FL (100% ON SITE)

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM

Position: Full -Time (40 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: $16

SUMMARY:

The Court Researcher is responsible for conducting online searches at the state and/or county levels and updating our database with their findings. The core responsibility of this role is to accurately report criminal history for our clients and their applicants. A successful Court Researcher will be able to navigate websites quickly and efficiently, do thorough searches and transpose data with complete accuracy.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attention to detail is a critical responsibility in this role
• Work out of a web-based queue to enter or clear criminal records for applicants
• Conduct research and report criminal data found on court websites
• Work closely with the Client Support and Verifications depts to close reports efficiently
• Responsible for accurately entering data into company database.
• Receive inbound calls and route as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or GED required
• Prior experience conducting Courthouse research, preferred
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to pay attention to minute details
• Perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Ability to use time effectively and efficiently to meet daily deadlines
• Knowledge of computers, Internet, and web browsers
• Typing skills
