Courier Driver

We are looking for a responsible Courier to join our team! Our courier would work full-time and promptly pick up and deliver documents to and from our clients and business partners, and install signage. This individual is a self-starter that is reliable and hardworking with great communication skills. He or she is service driven with a positive attitude, and able to offer over-the-top customer service in every task performed. The courier candidate must also have a valid driver’s license, as well as, a clean driving record.

This position will be responsible for the following types of job duties:

• Load, unload, prepare and operate delivery vehicle while following all DOT regulations and safety standards
• Deliver documents, paperwork and miscellaneous items to our clients and business partners
• Transport and install/remove house signage into the ground
• Effectively communicate with office staff for daily assignments and confirmation of completion
• Assist with miscellaneous construction projects or “handy” household projects
• Help maintain office supplies, keep an organized space, and help with office work
• Move and transport furniture and items for staging homes
• This list is not all-inclusive, and other duties as assigned/proactively needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, as well as, good driving record with no traffic violations
• Self-starter with the ability to change task with flexibility and solve problems appropriately
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow detailed instructions
• Must adhere to the Amy Wienands Real Estate Core Values
