We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced country manager to join our growing software development agency that is based in Switzerland. As a country manager, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within your designated region (New York, USA).
Your primary focus will be to generate leads and close deals with potential clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as collaborating with our internal team to ensure a smooth sales process.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the software development industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Fluency in English is required, fluency in other languages is a plus
- In depth knowledge of the HubSpot CRM
