Major Industrial Parts Supplier, in the MidAtlantic Region is seeking Counter Service Representatives in their Northern Virginia locations.
 - Do you have warehouse experience?
 - Do you have superior customer service skills?
 - Can you build rapport with contractors?
 - Can you be the teams "go to" person?

Essential functions -

• Providing excellent customer service and developing strong relationships with customer base over the phone and in person
• Process customer's orders and returns accurately and efficiently including payments and refunds
• Maintain an accurate record of all customer quotes and inquiries 
• To assist in the responsibility of the overall operations.
• Supervises  personnel 
• Communication with vendors, Branch Managers and other employees.

Ideal candidate would be should have warehouse operations experience, or extensive retail management experience in either sales
