Amston Supply, Inc. is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to help us grow our truck and trailer parts department. Come be part of our OUTSTANDING team.
Responsibilities.
· Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
· Understanding customers' needs.
· Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
· Creating and maintaining a database
· Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
· Staying informed about competing products and services.
· Upselling products and services.
· Researching and qualifying new leads.
· Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in an outbound call sales position preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
· Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Strong listening and sales skills.
· Self-motivated
Requirements
· High school diploma or GED equivalent
· One year sales experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 - $55,500.00 per year
