$58,256.71 - $70,521.28

Canvas Health's mental health and Substance Use disorder providers, clinicians, and staff bring their diverse lived experience to help inform and guide the care they provide to clients. Our integrated programs and services offer coordinated care to people of all ages in their homes, the community, and in our clinics. We strive for excellence in clinical care as we serve those living with mental illness, Substance Use disorders, crisis, unstable housing, and trauma. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.

Position Summary

This position works directly with youth, their families, school staff, and mental health providers. It provides a full spectrum of outpatient treatment services for adolescents including assessment, group facilitation, individual and family sessions, service coordination, and serves as an integral member of our Substance Use treatment team. It incorporates an asset/strength-based philosophy and requires creative use of knowledge in the delivery of cognitive behavioral interventions and the coordination of services. This position is collaborative in nature, requires working closely with and being sensitive to relationships with school staff, Court Services, Social Services, Substance Use providers, mental health providers, managed care, and various other community resources.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field or equivalent experience
• 30 hours of adolescent development training
• MN LADC licensure
• Rule 25 certification
• At least five years' experience in the field of Substance Use disorders
• Experience working with Court Services, Social Services and Managed Care networks
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems

Preferred Qualifications

• One-year supervisory experience
• Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse population
