We are currently seeking a licensed or associate level Counselor to join our Psychology and Education team. This is a full-time employment opportunity. We offer a flexible, collaborative work environment with strong income potential.
The Counselor develops and provides quality treatment options for children and families such as individual/play, group, and family therapy; behavior management; and workshops or social skills groups. Provides consultative services and advocates for clients in the community. Incorporates inter-disciplinary treatment options and collaborates with Educational Specialists and rehabilitation therapists as needed to support a holistic treatment approach. Experience with children ages 2-12 and play therapy modalities preferred.
This position requires a Master's degree in a related field and licensure in North Carolina. Candidates with LCMHCA and supervision needs are eligible to apply. Supervision for LCMHA is available as part of employment onsite.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, communicate well both orally and in writing, and develop strong collaborative working relationships.
