Overview
Job Summary: Responsible for providing clinical and case management support, including supervisory consultation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establishes working relationships with local network providers and ensures excellence in clinical outcomes and client satisfaction for local business customers.
- Consults with management and Human Resources to increase productivity and employee morale and assists in minimizing workplace stress.
- Provides short term solution focused plans of action and case management of clients.
- Maintains the integrity and reliability of the database needs of the EAP business.
- Boone Health has determined this is a safety-sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function of this job.
- Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree: Master's/Social Service/Related
- Experience: < 2 years
- Supervisor Experience: None Required
- Licenses & Certification: LCSW/LPC or equivalent
- Experience with Children and Adolescents
