Counselor/Case Manager needed for full-time, temp to hire position in Lower Bucks County.
The Counselor/Case Manager involves providing clinical and case management services to assigned students by program guidelines. Key responsibilities include assessing clients' needs, conducting individual and group counseling, maintaining regular communication with parents/guardians, and collaborating with School District staff on clients' goals and progress.
The position requires keeping accurate and up-to-date case records, preparing and submitting progress reports, and facilitating program development in coordination with School District staff. Attendance at staff meetings, active participation in individual supervision, and engagement in ongoing professional development and enrichment are expected.
