Location: Swiftwater, PA.
Salary: $46.50 per hour (HYBRID, with dental, vision, health, and 401k benefits)

Responsibilities:
Perform standard to slightly complex cost accounting duties
Maintain cost accounting processes and systems
Generate standard cost accounting reports (e.g., depreciation, labor, equipment)
Prepare standard journal entries
Collaborate with operations management during the annual budgeting process
Review spending, staffing, production, and capital plans
Assist in completing budget templates
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 to 6 years in cost accounting
Must-Have: Proficiency in costing methodologies
Bonus Points: Relevant degree (though not mandatory)
Critical Skills: Independent decision-making and discretion
Key Role: Relieve the site controller to focus on corporate accounting projects
Support: Assist the site controller with ad hoc queries related to corporate accounting initiatives
Note:
This role is HYBRID; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Swiftwater, PA.
Pay Details: $46.50 per hour
