Job Details:
- Develop cost estimates for new and proposed products.
- Perform complete cost breakdowns for products, including bill of materials, labor, overhead, and other relevant factors.
- Analyze the impact of changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services on costs.
- Develop, maintain, and review standard costs for materials, ingredients, and packaging.
- Monitor material and labor costs, identify information requirements, and recommend process improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
Close attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Preferred experience in the food industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong background in using ERP systems.
- Experience using MS Dynamics is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to define and solve quantitative and qualitative problems.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to collect data, interpret results, and draw valid conclusions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to map and follow established processes.
