*Responsibilities:*
* Analyze costs and financial performance to identify areas for improvement
* Prepare budget reports and forecasts
* Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies
* Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and reduce costs
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
* Participate in financial audits and provide support as needed
* Generate cost analysis reports for management review
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in cost accounting or related role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
* Knowledge of manufacturing or production processes is a plus
