Cosmetology Education Leader (Cosmo Lisc. Required)

Duties:

- Supervise and support teaching staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities

- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to create a supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant data
- Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices to continuously improve program effectiveness
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Previous experience in an educational leadership role preferred
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage time, resources, and multiple priorities
- Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes
