About the Position:
We are hiring an experienced Cosmetic Injector to be an enthusiastic team member at the Synergy Plastic Surgery clinic in Round Rock, TX and help us serve patients in our busy practice. We pride ourselves in offering the best and latest treatments for aging and facial rejuvenation. This is a rewarding position for a motivated, educated, and experienced NP or PA. This position has a flexible 3 to 4 days per week schedule for optimal work life balance. This outstanding position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Other Functions:
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
• Performs other essential duties as assigned
• Maintain professional licensure/certifications as applicable.
• Travel to other jobs or office locations as applicable.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Knowledge of medical practice and care.
• Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions.
• Skilled in identifying and resolving problems.
• Ability to maintain records and record test results.
• Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to multitask in a busy office with numerous interruptions.
• Ability to use good reasoning and judgment and react calmly in emergency situations.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, co-workers and the public.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively orally and in writing to English.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficiency in the operation of a computer keyboard and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office Products.
Work Environment:
The work of this position is performed in an environmentally controlled office environment. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and with a diverse population, including staff, physicians, clients, patients, vendors, insurance companies and other members of the public on a regular basis. The position may cause frequent exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, toxic substances, radiation, medicinal preparations and other conditions common to a clinical environment.
Work Conditions:
Normal business hours are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Thursday, but schedules may vary from practice to practice and in accordance with business necessity. Requirements
• Must have formal training and experience in this industry to inject neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Must understand facial anatomy to provide safe treatments.
• Must have outstanding customer service, sales and marketing skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Must have the knowledge to educate and give guidance to clients about skin care and products and be willing to learn new
procedures.
• Board of Nursing licensed NP or PA with Botox and cosmetic dermal fillers endorsement.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience with Botox and cosmetic dermal fillers.
